At Lizoba, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through a simple and transparent return process.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Product Condition: Sneakers must be brand new, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

Accessories: All included accessories (extra laces, keychains, certificates of authenticity) must be present in the package.

Packaging: The original shoe box is an integral part of the product. It must be returned in perfect condition.

Important Note: Never stick shipping labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original shoe box. The entire item must be placed inside a protective shipping carton.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, soiled, or show signs of use.

Personalized orders or "Final Sale" items (if specified at the time of purchase).

Damaged shoe boxes or those with tape applied directly to them.
3. Return Procedure

Request: Contact our customer service at [Your contact email] with your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping: After approval, ship the package to the address we provide.

Costs: Unless an error was made on our part (wrong size sent or manufacturing defect), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you would like a different size, the standard procedure is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged Packages Upon Delivery
If you receive a package where the box is visibly damaged by the carrier, we advise you to take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
